French Church Vandalised, Nothing Stolen: On 5 July, Saint-Étienne Church in Mulhouse, eastern France, was vandalised. A man entered the church, went straight to the sanctuary, removed the cross from the altar and threw it to the floor. He then knocked over a vase and used the cross to force open the doors of three confessionals, some dating back to the early 19th century. Nothing was stolen; the damage was confined to religious furnishings and symbols.

Logo for Leo XIV's France Visit: Today, the French Bishops' Conference has unveiled the logo and visual identity for Leo XIV's apostolic visit to France, scheduled for September 25–28.
