Worse than Germany: An "interfaith prayer vigil" linked to a homosexual march will take place on Friday, 26 June, in the Salle des Colonnes, the parish hall of Saint-Eustache Church in central Paris, France. The huge and very famous Church of St Eustache was built between 1532 and 1633 and is the second largest church in the city, just behind Notre-Dame. The event is being organized by the homosexual organization D&J Arc-en-ciel (David & Jonathan) together with affiliated groups. According to the organizers, the vigil is intended to offer "a moment of gathering, prayer and celebration of our diversity" on the eve of the annual Marche des Fiertés (homosexual march).
